Ability to remove procedure logs stuck in Started state.

When an Xcitium Python procedure is created in the admin portal, when client PC's are running in a virtual machine (or in a Library Environment such as using Deep Freeze), it will not delete procedures stuck in the procedure log. Usually after a reboot, since a virtual machine or deep freeze machine wipes the drive, and it doesn't notify the portal about ending the procedure.

Just to clarify, we're saying the end point clients might be running a virtual machine so it will not know after next reboot what processes it was running previously such as it won't reply back so that web portal will never know. I'd like a way to force delete items from the procedure log.
