Add Queued status to procedure Execution Logs

Execution logs currently only show procedures that have Started, In Progress, Successful, or Failed statuses. Queued procedures can be seen from an individual device's Command Queue, but not from the procedure page where the procedure may have been initial run. This requires going to each individual device's Command Queue if the process doesn't show up in the Execution Log, which can be time consuming when it happens to a dozen or more devices at a time.
Please add Queued procedure instances to the Execution Log screens.

Please also make it so that after a procedure is run on multiple devices, there is a way to stop it from running on devices that were offline.
