How do we block/allow URLs?

For example, users receives a scam email and we want to block the URL or domain so even if they click on the link it won't let people to open the scammer's website.

I don't think there is any support for this feature at present. The only workaround is to use a script such as https://scripts.itarian.com/frontend/web/topic/block-or-unblock-the-specific-website
