We need pretty pictures so we can show off what we are doing for our clients and in demos. If you look at what other vendors show off, its always their charting, visuals in a common operating picture view.

Be able to integrate 3rd party apps, logs, data, to compare and contrast against the data within SOCaaP. Like the MITRE ATT&CK framework, NIST, CMMC, compliance information for audits, integrate Pentesting, deception technologies, data analytics, 3rd party security solutions, offer them a universal dashboard plug-in via API....tabe for rapid response "showing customers the latest threats and how the platform is currently configured for them against that threat", showing them how they are protected or at risk and actions they should take if they are at risk "recommendations". This could be crowd-sourced and Xcitium diven as an upgraded service offering from the SOC that is already doing this work.

We want to be able to show value to the customers, let them toggle between fields to see different details and be able to drill down into the data to get to the root cause or action to take steps.

Allow the customer to configure their own KPIs to track and get status for their organization.
