We would like to know if an on-prem version can be available for self-hosting. Some customers are not ready to use the SaaS offering due to government and compliance regulations. So, for those customers, instead of using another RMM & Security solution, we want to know if an on-prem version can be made available so we can pick between SaaS and IaaS offerings. Also, the SaaS offering should be expanded with Middle East and APAC hosting to control those issues where the customer is OK with SaaS but limited by country hosting of the platform, which is currently hosted from EMEA and Americas only.

We appreciate your interest in exploring the availability of an on-premises version for self-hosting. We understand that some customers face government and compliance regulations that make a SaaS offering less viable. Offering an on-prem version could indeed provide those customers with the flexibility they need while enabling them to avoid switching to competing RMM and security solutions.
Additionally, expanding the SaaS offering to include hosting options in the Middle East and APAC regions would certainly help address compliance concerns for customers who prefer the SaaS model but face restrictions due to current hosting locations in EMEA and the Americas.
We will communicate these considerations to the relevant teams to explore the feasibility of developing an on-prem solution and expanding our hosting capabilities to better serve the needs of customers in those regions. Thank you for your feedback and suggestions!

I appreciate your inquiry regarding the possibility of an on-premises version of the solution for self-hosting. It’s definitely understandable that some customers prioritize compliance and regulatory concerns, which may make a SaaS offering less viable for them.
I recommend reaching out to the vendor or service provider directly to discuss the feasibility of an on-prem version that can be tailored to meet the specific needs of those customers. This would allow them to maintain control over their data and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Additionally, expanding the SaaS offering to include hosting in the Middle East and APAC regions is a great suggestion. This would enable customers in those areas to utilize the cloud solution while adhering to local data sovereignty requirements. It's worth proposing this enhancement to the provider, as it could significantly increase the accessibility and appeal of their services to a broader audience.
If you're compiling this feedback for a meeting or proposal, it may also be helpful to include specific examples of how these changes could benefit both the customers and the service provider in terms of market reach and compliance security.

Umut So its on the official road map, how will we track when its available to sell the on-prem solution?
Umut
CyberStrategy1 Hi again, since on-premise version requires a special installation, it should be checked by getting help from our support teams.

So I can’t set it up on my own without the support of the technical team?

Dear Dev Team,
This is also something we're extremely interested in EMEA, specially in Europe for a set of customers.

Umut Any ETA on this? Some of our customers are asking for alternates if this is not possible and we do not want to provide them a different tool than Xcitium. But if its going to take too long, then we may need to use Manage Engine Endpoint Central for such customers.

I understand the urgency. We’re currently assessing the timeline for this, but I will prioritize getting that information for you. If it looks like it will take too long, I agree that considering Manage Engine Endpoint Central as a temporary solution could be a practical option. I’ll keep you updated as soon as I have more details on the ETA for Xcitium. Thank you for your patience!
