Enhanced Support Features in Xcitium MDM iOS and Android Agent Apps

We request that Xcitium improve the functionality of its MDM agent apps for iOS and Android by integrating built-in support features. Specifically, we propose adding the ability for end users to create support tickets directly within the app, allowing them to report issues with relevant device metadata automatically included. Additionally, a “Request Assistance” button should be added to generate a generic support ticket tied to the specific device, streamlining user-initiated help requests.
