We want to control the remote workstation when it is shut down or crashes with BSOD. If we get to this situation, we can no longer rely on the remote control feature, as that depends on the OS functioning. Since our workstation has an Intel vPro processor, it supports AMT. So, if Xcitium can add support for using that capability, then we will be able to remote into the workstation if it is shut down or crashes.
