Currently the client based temporary disable feature is being overwritten by the console profile. Thus every single time (which is a quite often) I want to disable AV, containment, etc I can’t do it on the client I’m on. Rather, I have to go to the console, login, put in the MFA, navigate to the profile and temporarily uncheck the box. That’s quite a lot of work. Please put in a feature request such that the client “temporarily disable components” actually works for the full 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Thank you!

It would be useful to add an option to the Enterprise Portal that re-starts the ITSM Service on an endpoint so that the endpoint can pickup a new profile or pickup new whitelisting rules straightaway, rather than waiting for the next polled check in (10-15 minutes). This could potentially be achieved with a powershell script (restart-service ITSMService) instead of using "net start ITSMService" as this would disconnect the device to make it impossible to then use "net start ITSMService".

To be ISO 27001 compliant we have to have an "approved software list", as such there should be an ability to create lists of apps that a user cannot install or run, this should exist on profile level.

In xcitium DLP, when mentioning the target path as c:\users and it is discovering the data from the machine. However, while adding the while card in the path as c:\users\*\documents and it is not working as expected.

To bolster the Xcitium platform's data security capabilities, we propose a significant enhancement of the existing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) features. The current DLP functionality is limited in scope and does not adequately address the complex and evolving nature of data leakage threats.

We would like the ability to share windows and 3rd party updates among clients as this is a bandwidth hungry feature where there are many clients sharing 1 internet connection.

When will support for MacOS 15.x become available?
