What happened to license when day to expiration is end? i had issue for delete license. can you support?? Thank you :)

What is the most convenient way to get an automated report on what to bill to each customer that we have under management? We would like to automate the process as much as possible so every month we can get a report for all our tenants and every subtenant in the postpaid model. Some clients add or remove agents every month. So we need a very quick way to get an excel/csv file in the end of the month with the number and type of licenses for each client under our main MSSP model. We want to make it as automated as possible to get that report in the end of the month. Can you help us find the easiest way?

Hi. In License manager there is a Bill forecast. And that is nice. But, it only show the number of devices and not the price per. device per. product category. An example: TOTAL SEATS Device Management ($ 0 per.) 0 ($ 0 ) Mobile Management ($ 0 per.) 0 ($ 0 ) ETC ETC ETC And also somewhere on that page there should be a currency converter where you can set your own currency so that all prices will show like in my case NOK. This would be very useful there. I havet tried, but the only way to get it now are to make a report. It's easier to get your total expenses there instead of makin a report every time..

When trying to update my license. I am getting sent to the service center dashboard page. I am trying to get a laptop enrolled in my service to get it back to the student I am supporting and I am being stopped by this licensing issue.

When I try to enroll an android device, I get the message that there are not enough seats and I will be billed. I have 115 seats for mobile devices, but it seems none of my devices are associated with that license. I do not get the option to select what license to which I assign a current or new device. What am I missing?
