Compared to Windows or even MacOS services, mobile device management options are incredibly lacking. I'd like to be able to at least remotely access enrolled mobile devices (via Remote Control).

To be ISO 27001 compliant we have to have an "approved software list", as such there should be an ability to create lists of apps that a user cannot install or run, this should exist on profile level.

we can update communication client version, nearly for 10 devices, we can't succeed to update xcc version to up to date version that endpoint supports. how can we troubleshoot the issue and can update it?

It would be useful to add an option to the Enterprise Portal that re-starts the ITSM Service on an endpoint so that the endpoint can pickup a new profile or pickup new whitelisting rules straightaway, rather than waiting for the next polled check in (10-15 minutes). This could potentially be achieved with a powershell script (restart-service ITSMService) instead of using "net start ITSMService" as this would disconnect the device to make it impossible to then use "net start ITSMService".

We would like the ability to share windows and 3rd party updates among clients as this is a bandwidth hungry feature where there are many clients sharing 1 internet connection.

I am using Remote Control by ITarian version: 9.1.48819.24030 and I have a question about seeing the user's mouse on the screen when I remote in. I currently remote into the user's device and I do not see their mouse move around on the screen. How do I see the user move their mouse on the screen?
