Default password 8 dig but some customer min requirement is 12 dig could we add password default dig config for customer?

It would be great to have a way to give access to one person in an organization so they can see all tickets that their organization has open.

Portal is Currently Frozen for no reason. There is no way to get in touch with people who manage this. No support and no reply from AR people. This has been going on for more than 10 days now. Our account has no payments due and no pending invoices. This appears to be a major issue somewhere in the administrative side. HELP!!!!!!!!

Cant uninstall agents

We use MFA for all accounts created in the platform. However for certain accounts we do not want MFA. So we need a feature where we can selectively decide which user accounts should not be prompted for MFA. This is similar to Azure AD conditional access.
