[CODEV-10591] There Should be "Containment" Tab and “Events” Section Under the Device Details
There should be a "Containment" tab and “Events” section under the device details. When opened, there should be a table to see the containment logs.

Ability to disable autoresponces in SDv2 on a ticket level
It would be nice to be able to create either a filter or setting that can be toggled on/off within each ticket to choose if the an email gets send to the client or not for closing a ticket. This way it can be toggled based on each ticket vs making the change/setting global affecting every client. If it was toggled do not notify the client by default it would be nice. Adding this for created tickets alerts would also be nice as some client's don't like to get alerts about every ticket.

Add Queued status to procedure Execution Logs
Execution logs currently only show procedures that have Started, In Progress, Successful, or Failed statuses. Queued procedures can be seen from an individual device's Command Queue, but not from the procedure page where the procedure may have been initial run. This requires going to each individual device's Command Queue if the process doesn't show up in the Execution Log, which can be time consuming when it happens to a dozen or more devices at a time. Please add Queued procedure instances to the Execution Log screens.

Allow Searching Devices by Serial Number
It would be very helpful to be able to search the device list by serial number. I feel like this would be quite easy to implement.

Remove Unlicensed Features from view
In the Xcitium Platform Dashboard we see options for which we are not licensed for. This causes confusion. So if we have not licensed e.g. MDR then we should not see those options. Below are the two examples which is not available to us as we dont use MDR but EDR only. We thought we could create report but were told that its not available to us as we do not have MDR.

Support for theming; ie: dark mode
It would be nice if the Xcitium platform had options to switch to a dark mode, or even better if it respected system default for light/dark mode. While there is already a lot of light grays in use, the platform still feels like a glaring spotlight when working with larger monitors or during late shifts.

White Label is not fully White Label - Still Using Comodo Name, Tooling, Domains, Artifacts
Throughout the SOCaaS, MDR, EDR, Comodo is named throughout in many different aspects of these tools. This does not present a consistent White Label view to my customers. I would have my products name, Warden, Xcitium and Comodo all over the endpoint. This reduces trust in my product and questions why they don't just go straight with Xcitium. Request that the Comodo naming throughout the products be removed or to be consistent with the White Lable Name given. If this is not possible, then update all references to Comodo with Xcitium (last resort).

Reporting and Device Export Features in Secure Internet Gateway
We need to export/download SIG device list but there is no ability for such export on SIG portal UI, also it does not display full device name which is more than 15 characters.

Device management - add other headers to device list
We would like to be able to see (and sort) by other headers the list of devices apart from "OS, NAME, PROFILE, ACTIVE COMPONENTS, etc" - like RMM Version, XCS Version, IP (External, Internal), etc.

Show last Battery/Power information under Performance Metrics
For laptops and mobile devices, it would be extremely helpful to be able to see the last queried battery % and whether the device is on battery power or on AC power.
