We would like to have to have a report for that patch management where we can view the name of the patch and the name of the device in the same report. We want to be able to export the patch management report to an excel sheet where it contains the device name, and the patch needed in that device. Is that possible to be done?

When an Xcitium Python procedure is created in the admin portal, when client PC's are running in a virtual machine (or in a Library Environment such as using Deep Freeze), it will not delete procedures stuck in the procedure log. Usually after a reboot, since a virtual machine or deep freeze machine wipes the drive, and it doesn't notify the portal about ending the procedure.

In SDv1, we had variables that we could use for the canned responses. For Example, we could use the ticket number, the user's name or link to ticket. It seems this is not yet implemented in SDv2; It would be very helpful if this could be implemented. We had created some canned responses in SDv1 and would love to get these in SDv2. Thank you!

Customers are complaining that the data exported from Global Software inventory is too concise. They hope that they can at least export the installed device name for a certain software or export the software inventory for a certain device.

Previously, I encountered a quarantined file that was rated as malicious by Xcitium Verdict Cloud and was changed to trustworthy by other users. Afterwards, the file was changed to malicious to maintain the quarantine status. However, it is impossible to find out who changed the record from the audit record. Please add Users can change file rating records to prevent virus intrusion.

Please add the ability to clone Alert Policies in the Portal.
