Need option to rebrand macOS similar to Windows.

Hi, I am an IT administrator and I use your Remote Control feature daily through the Itarian Local app installed on my machine. I would like to know if it is possible now or in future,, when connecting to a device with a different keyboard layout, to use my own keyboard layout instead of the remote device’s layout. Hi Xcitium We would like to ask for your support regarding the Patch Management report in our HOP INN tenant ( https://hopinn.itsm-us1.comodo.com ). Currently, when exporting the Patch Management report to CSV, the report only shows summary information such as: Number of Installed patches Number of Not Installed patches However, the report does not display the device name list. As we use this CSV file to create a monthly patch compliance summary, we would like to check whether it is possible to: Include the Device Name / Device List in the Patch Management report export (CSV), or Use an alternative report or configuration that provides per-device details. Could you please advise if this feature is available, or guide us on how to enable the device-level details in the report? Thank you very much for your support. we had requested a long while , we need uptime of the machine for the day in Agent summary or somewhere to show. is there any workaround has happened? we have some python custom script which is running against agent and we see the script logs but how can we bring into display for the console or agent machine notification area?

I'm requesting a feature for isolating hosts. We have the manual option to isolate hosts from the RMM, but having the isolate hosts be a remediation option for monitors would ensure the host is isolated automatically and promptly, without requiring admin action.
